REMINDER TO PLAYERS

  • Team leader should collect a team score card upon registration
  • Each player will receive a souvenir pack
  • Each player should get a locker key ($100 will be charged for any damaged / non-returned locker key)
  • All players should register 30 minutes before the tee-off time
  • Please follow the Dress Code and use ¡¥soft Spikes¡¦ golf shoes
  • Jeans and sandals are not allowed in the Club
  • Use of mobile phone is not allowed in the Club
  • Caddy service is not allowed

Format of Play

18 holes Stroke Play with New New Peoria System
(Golfers have to be ready at the cart at 13:20, 10 minutes before the shot-gun start)

Handicap Allowance

  • Ladies (max.32) & Men (max.24).

New New Peoria Scoring System

  • 12 Hidden Holes (6 of front 9 holes and 6 of back 9 holes)
  • Your Handicap = [Total gross scores on those 12 hidden holes x 1.5 - 70] x 80%
  • Net Score = Total gross scores less handicap
  • Just record each player¡¦s gross score on each hole and return to Organizer for computation!

Rules & Regulations

A. Local Rules: Please refer to all the local rules printed at the back of the score card.

B. Special Rules:
1) Group Leader ¡V Each group leader is responsible for the pace of play and all other issues of the group.

2) Provisional Ball ¡V If a ball may be lost outside a water hazard or lost, to save time, the player should play a provisional ball accordingly.

3) GUR (Ground under repair) and flower beds ¡V GUR and flower bed are declared to be an integral part of the course, please drop a ball within one club length without penalty (not nearer to the pin)

4) Greenside Edging Grooves ¡V If a ball lies on an edging groove around a putting green, the player may, without penalty, lifting the ball, clean and place in the nearest position to where it lays, which is not nearer to the pin, and not on the putting green.

5) Maximum score of each hole ¡V In order to Speed Up Play! The maximum number of strokes allowed on each hole is ¡¥Double Par + 1¡¦. For holes exceeding ¡¥Double Par¡¦, please pick up the ball and record the score as below:

  Par 3 Par 4 Par 5
Double Par 7 9 11

6) Ball in question ¡V If there is any question of ball in play, play 2 balls, the final discussion will be made by the Organizing Committee.

C. Regulations:

  1. Golf carts are permitted on cart paths only. Drive safely. Players will be held liable for any damages to the golf cart.
  2. No Mulligan.
  3. Please keep up with the group in front, slow players may be asked to skip hole.
  4. Drop zones are applicable in this tournament (Hole No.2 & 3)
  5. For balls that roll along the cart path, a relief drop could be made at the first point of entry to the cart path, at the nearest point of relief, not nearer to the hole, within 1 club length (without penalty).
  6. Water hazards are defined by yellow stakes.
  7. Lateral water hazards are defined by red stakes.
  8. Use only Putter on all greens.
