All public / private organizations, government departments and educational institutions are welcome to join. By making a donation, the participating staff / students will be given a JFG Day pin and; they can put on jeans / casual wear to go to work / school. If you are required to wear uniform, you can still be part of the action by making a donation and putting on the JFG Day Pin to show your support.

Make a donation and to be our Sponsor,

For participation, you just need to

1. Fill in the enrolment form.
2. Promote within your company / institution and encourage your staff / students to join by donating not less than HK$50 for staff and HK$20 for students.
3. Consolidate all donations and complete the Donation Summary Form.
4. * Put on casual wear/jeans and "Jeans for Genes Day" Pins on 8 MAY 2009
5. Send in your donations, the donation summary form and donation record forms to the Foundation Office.
